Started in the summer of 2022 as a fun social outing for serious runners, beginner runners, those that need to get back into it, walkers, or anybody in-between. We meet at Kichesippi Brewery (2265 Roberston Rd, Ottawa) every Wednesday at 6:30pm, go for a run, then we meet back up at Kichesippi brewery for a drink and some social time afterwards. Great way to make new friends. Beer, coffee, and food available for purchase afterwards. WoRun members get a discount and the occasional reward(s) offered by Kichesippi on run nights.  

Distance varies weekly, we strive to have 2 different length routes available, a ~5km, and a ~10km. For those looking for shorter distances, please come out and speak to us directly, we will instruct you.

During the warmer months we go running on the Trans Canada Trail, National Capital Commission’s Greenbelt, or both. Be prepared for trail running! During the snowy months, we run through the neighbourhoods of Bells Corners, Nepean.

No registration required, no cost, all run paces welcome, just show up at 6:30pm on Wednesday at Kichesippi Brewery.
